Enjoy the beautiful outdoors, sleep under the stars and camp, glamp or caravan with friends old and new.

Everyone, including babies, children and personal assistants, will need one camping ticket per person, regardless of how many nights you stay. You can camp on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Heads Up!

You need an event ticket and a camping ticket to attend Big Church Festival.

  • Your event ticket is not included with camping. Please purchase your event ticket separately.
  • If you are bringing your own tent, caravan or campervan, your camping ticket is not included. Please be sure to book a camping ticket for each person.
  • If you are booking Glamping or Rent-A-Tent, your camping ticket is included.

Facilities

Enjoy plenty of free toilets and showers to stay fresh all weekend.

Across the campsite, you’ll also find sinks for washing up, standpipes for filling your water containers and multi-tap units for brushing your teeth.

Trolley Service

In attendance at Big Church Festival this year will be Mr Trolley, a trolley hire service to help you carry all your kit from your car to where you decide to camp. Our trolley pick up point will be located in the car park, near the entrance to the campsite.

The Village Green

Your go-to spot for food, camping essentials and everything in between! Pick up supplies, grab a coffee and enjoy lunchtime hangs.

  • Campsite Cafe: Get your morning coffee fix or a late-night hot chocolate. Open daily til midnight.
  • Food Traders: Grab food to go with loads of delicious options. Open daily from noon on Thursday.
  • The Corner Shop: Stock up on camping provisions and missing essentials or use our ice block exchange.
  • Phone charging + tokens.
  • Info Point: Let us know if you need help or assistance.

Campsite Shop

Forget something? Visit the Campsite shop for tonight's dinner ingredients, drinks & snacks, plasters, paracetamol and (phew!) that one item you forgot to pack.

The Corner Shop opening hours:  

  • Thursday: 12pm – Midnight
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:30am – Midnight
  • Monday: 6:30am – Noon

Kitchen Ingredients

Fancy a fry? Shop for all your cooking needs with locally sourced bread, milk, dairy products, fruit & veg, sausages, bacon, eggs as well as rice, pasta, tinned soups, cooking oil, teabags, coffee, fruit juices, cordials, cooking sauces, ketchup, salt, sugar, jams, spreads and breakfast cereals.

Items for specific diets including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free are also available.

Camping & Kitchen Equipment

Camping equipment and essential items, including tents, toothbrushes, nappies, tent pegs, airbeds, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, soap, shampoo, pots and pans, torches, batteries, ponchos, wellies, suncream and earplugs.

Snacks & Cold Drinks

On the go? Choose from a range of crisps, snack bars, chocolate, dried fruits, nuts & seeds, children’s snacks, cold drinks and bottled water.

Ice blocks

Ice Block exchange for £2 per block.

First-Aid, Medicines and Remedies

From Rennies, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, rehydrating electrolytes and other medicines, to essential oils, herbal and homeopathic remedies and sticking plasters.

You are free to come and go as many times as you like during Big Church Festival. Please make sure that you are wearing your wristbands when you leave the site as we can’t let you back in without them.

Yes! We’re excited to offer marquee hire for groups at Big Church Festival in 2025. For more details and to discuss your requirements, please reach out to us at groups@bigchurchfestival.com.

We often get asked if you can bring your pets to Big Church Festival, and sadly we have to say no to your furry friends. The only animals allowed on site are fully trained Assistance Dogs.  If you have a fully trained Assistance Dog please email access@bigchurchfestival.com with any necessary documentation so that we can accommodate your needs.

At the Big Church Festival, we try to keep things exciting and varied which means that aside from the musical performances, we provide a large number of attractions for adults and children of all ages to get stuck in to. In order to provide this variety, many of the attractions will be free to the public but some of them will incur a small cost. 

We provide baby changing facilities which will be clearly signposted and located on our map.

There are no electric points included in any Glamping or Rent-A-Tents. If you require one for accessible reasons, please email access@bigchurchfestival.com We will have phone charging facilities on site.
