We are selling caravan and campervan pitches individually marked out at either 6m x 6m or 6m x 9m. A professional parking company will help site each caravan.

- You will need to buy a camping ticket per person as well as a caravan/campervan ticket for every caravan/campervan you bring.

ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS
Power up your weekend with electrical hook-ups available for caravans, motorhomes and campervans only.
- An electrical hookup costs £75 per caravan for power from Thursday until Monday.
- If you need power, you must book an electrical hook-up with your caravan ticket, as your space is assigned based on your booking.
- You will need at least 10m of 16amp cable to reach the nearest power source.
- For specific medical needs requiring an electric hook-up, please email info@bigchurchfestival.com with as much information as possible so we can review your request. Please include relevant documentation, such as a doctor’s note.
- If you need an electrical hook-up for medical reasons, you will need to stay in a caravan or tent in the Caravan Field or Disabled Campsite, where power is available.
- Upon arrival, please show your e-ticket to one of the campsite team members to let them know you have been authorised for an electric hook-up for medical reasons. We can then direct you to the correct place.
- Please be aware, all power on the festival site comes from generators which could go off at any point. While we can’t guarantee continuous power, our engineers will work to restore it as soon as possible if it goes out.

You are free to come and go as many times as you like during Big Church Festival. Please make sure that you are wearing your wristbands when you leave the site as we can’t let you back in without them.
Yes! We’re excited to offer marquee hire for groups at Big Church Festival in 2025. For more details and to discuss your requirements, please reach out to us at groups@bigchurchfestival.com.
We often get asked if you can bring your pets to Big Church Festival, and sadly we have to say no to your furry friends.
The only animals allowed on site are fully trained Assistance Dogs.
If you have a fully trained Assistance Dog please email access@bigchurchfestival.com with any necessary documentation so that we can accommodate your needs.
At the Big Church Festival, we try to keep things exciting and varied which means that aside from the musical performances, we provide a large number of attractions for adults and children of all ages to get stuck in to. In order to provide this variety, many of the attractions will be free to the public but some of them will incur a small cost.
We provide baby changing facilities which will be clearly signposted and located on our map.
There are no electric points included in any Glamping or Rent-A-Tents. If you require one for accessible reasons, please email access@bigchurchfestival.com
We will have phone charging facilities on site.
