YOUR ROLE

In 2025, we're launching a brand-new morning programme just for kids. Packed with worship, teaching, games, workshops, special guests, and loads of fun!

We’re creating a space where children from Reception to Year 6 can grow in their faith and make memories that last long after the festival ends.

To make it happen, we’re looking for 100+ passionate volunteers to help bring this vision to life for up to 800 children each morning.

As part of the Kids Team, you’ll:

Lead fun, faith-filled sessions
Run games, crafts, and creative play
Create a safe, inclusive space for all kids
Work closely with the Access Team to support every child

ARRIVAL DATE + TIMES

It all kicks off on Thursday 21st August with a team meeting, essential safeguarding training, and a powerful time of worship to set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday Morning:

The buzz starts early! The team will gather at 8:00 am for pre-programme prayer, a quick rundown of the day’s plan, and a venue check to make sure everything is set and ready to go. The kids will start rolling in from 8:45 am and the programme will officially begin at 9.30am.

Once the programme begins, buckle up! It’s a jam-packed two and a half hours filled with worship, inspiring talks, small group discussions, guest appearances, games, workshops and a whole lot of fun!

At 12pm each day, we’ll wrap up, the kids will be re-united with their parents/carers, we’ll have a quick team debrief, re-set the venue, and then have lunch. At 1pm each day, each Kid’s Team volunteer will be asked to help with 1 out of the 3 afternoon sessions. So, a third of the team will get ready to help with the afternoon Families Programme and everyone else will get the afternoon off!

In the lead up to the festival we will have a zoom meeting for pre- event, online team training to make sure everyone is prepared before they arrive on site.
