YOUR ROLE

In 2025, we're launching a brand-new morning programme for young people. This change isn’t just about more time, it’s about creating deeper, more meaningful experiences for the next generation.

We want to provide space for young people to meet others, worship together, and grow in their faith in ways that will impact their lives long after the festival ends.

To bring our exciting new youth programme to life, we need your help! We’re on the lookout for over 100+ passionate and dedicated youth leaders to help create impactful and inspiring mornings for up to 800 young people.

We’re looking for leaders who are authentic, passionate worshippers—those who can connect with young people on a deep level and guide them through meaningful conversations. Leaders who are sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and are comfortable

praying with young people. And those who feel called to make a lasting positive impact in the lives of young people.

Additionally, we are looking for some specific skills to help support the team, including:

Safeguarding experience, proficiency with ChurchSuite to support registration.
Expertise in pastoral support
Photography or cinematography experience.

ARRIVAL DATE + TIMES

It all kicks off on Thursday 21st August with a team meeting, essential safeguarding training, and a powerful time of worship to set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

In the lead up to the festival we will have a zoom call for pre-event online team training, to make sure everyone is prepared before they arrive on site.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday Morning? The buzz starts early!

The team will gather at 8:00 am for pre-programme prayer, a quick rundown of the day’s plan, and a venue check to make sure everything’s set and ready to go. As the young people start rolling in from 8:45 am, it’s all about making those connections.

There’ll be some fun, engaging content to warm up the crowd before we officially kick things off at 9:30 am.

Once the programme begins, buckle up! It’s a jam-packed two and a half hours filled with worship, inspiring talks, lively small group discussions, surprise guest appearances, and, of course, a whole lot of fun!

By 12pm, we’ll wrap up the morning programme, followed by a quick team debrief and a time to pray together. Then, we’ll reset the venue and get it ready for the rest of the day’s action.

Break Time! The youth team gets some much-needed downtime from 12:30pm until 5:30pm, to enjoy the Festival.

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE EVENINGS?

Over the three days, there will be some detached youthwork shifts, where the youth team will roam the site, checking in with young people and making sure everyone’s having a blast and staying safe.

You’ll be assigned up to two shifts with each being approximately 3.5 hours long. Before and after each shift, make sure to check in at the Youth Hub, and always share any safeguarding concerns immediately.
