YOUR ROLE

In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things festival-related! From reuniting guests with lost items to providing a reassuring voice when they’re unsure where to go, you’ll make a real difference to their experience. If you’re ready to take on this people-centered challenge, we want you on our team!

We have two intake days for this team – you can arrive on Wednesday 20th August or Thursday 21st August.

You will be required to attend onsite training at 7pm on your arrival day, please plan accordingly. Make sure to select your preferred arrival day when you apply. Thank you! You will volunteer approximately 18 hours of your time throughout the weekend. If you’re a part of the Wednesday crew, you’ll snag a whole day off to dive into the fun at Big Church Festival! Prefer the Thursday team? You’ll enjoy a fabulous evening off to explore all the festival fun!
