YOUR ROLE

This team is absolutely essential for getting the right info into the hands of our guests! You’ll be the friendly go-to person for everyone excited to grab their festival programme, helping them uncover all the amazing experiences waiting for them at Big Church Festival 2025! Let’s spread the word and make sure no one misses out on the fun!

We have two intake days for this team – you can arrive on Wednesday 20th August or Thursday 21st August.

You will be required to attend onsite training at 7pm on your arrival day, please plan accordingly. Make sure to select your preferred arrival day when you apply. Thank you! You will volunteer approximately 18 hours of your time throughout the weekend. If you’re a part of the Wednesday crew, you’ll snag a whole day off to dive into the fun at Big Church Festival! Prefer the Thursday team? You’ll enjoy a fabulous evening off to explore all the festival fun!
