YOUR ROLE

As a member of the Safeguarding Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of all attendees, particularly vulnerable individuals. You’ll provide support, guidance, and a friendly face to those in need, helping to foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere. Join us in making this festival a joyful and safe celebration for everyone! We welcome those with safeguarding expertise.

We have two intake days for this team – you can arrive on Wednesday 20th August or Thursday 21st August.

You will be required to attend onsite training at 7pm on your arrival day, please plan accordingly. Make sure to select your preferred arrival day when you apply. Thank you! You will volunteer approximately 18 hours of your time throughout the weekend. If you’re a part of the Wednesday crew, you’ll snag a whole day off to dive into the fun at Big Church Festival! Prefer the Thursday team? You’ll enjoy a fabulous evening off to explore all the festival fun!
