YOUR ROLE

You’ll be jumping into all sorts of tasks – from packaging tickets to arranging decorations and prepping spaces. It’s hands-on, fun, and a fantastic way to make a huge impact before the crowds arrive. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, work alongside an awesome crew, and kickstart the festival magic!

You will need to arrive on Monday 18th August if you’d like to be a part of this team.

Your training will take place at 5pm that day, please plan accordingly. Thank you!

As part of the set-up team you will not be scheduled to volunteer between Friday 22nd August to Sunday 24th August to give you time to explore all the festival fun! However, you will be expected to be available between Tuesday 19th to Thursday 21st Aug.
