YOUR ROLE

In this important role, you’ll be a guiding light for vulnerable adults and young people during the event, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and included. You’ll tackle a variety of inquiries and issues as they pop up around the site, using your patience and people skills to handle each situation with care. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role within a church or community setting working alongside children and vulnerable adults. Join us in making a real difference and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone!

We have two intake days for this team – you can arrive on Wednesday 20th August or Thursday 21st August.

You will be required to attend onsite training at 7pm on your arrival day, please plan accordingly. Make sure to select your preferred arrival day when you apply. Thank you! You will volunteer approximately 18 hours of your time throughout the weekend. If you’re a part of the Wednesday crew, you’ll snag a whole day off to dive into the fun at Big Church Festival!
